Job description

We are looking for mature and experienced professional to assist us with advancing our plant production and general operations. Applicants must be “hands on”.

The crusher foreman is required to co-ordinate, maintain and execute repairs to stone crushing/processing plant and other axillary equipment. Train personnel under supervision in efficient and effective crushing techniques to meet production targets and company objectives at reduced costs. The candidate must be production oriented.

Qualification:

Certified Plant Millwright /Fitter Machinist or equivalent MECHANICAL CERTIFICATION with proven experience in maintenance and operation of a Stone Crushing Plant.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must have extensive experience in operation, maintenance and repairs of HP Cone Crusher, Symons Cone Crusher, Jaw Crushers, Vibrating screens, Conveyor systems and other related Crushing Plant Equipment.
2. Ability to train personnel in effective and efficient Production and Maintenance techniques.
3. Set up, implement and administer a preventative maintenance system to minimize downtime and cost.
4. Prepare spare parts budgets, requirements and inventory control for crushing plant and support equipment spares and supplies.
5. Work closely with management to improve, modernize and expand crushing facility and improve efficiency.
6. Must be proactive, resourceful, good leadership qualities and excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be cooperative individual.
7. Must understand aggregate specifications to meet construction of roads and readymix concrete.
8. Applicants must be able to work in third world/rural conditions.
9. Applicants must be able to communicate in English language fluently.
