You will be required to perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs and troubleshooting and to maintain, repair a fleet of the following equipment:

• Bulldozers - CAT / Liebherr
• Loaders - Cat / Komatsu
• Excavators / Shovels - CAT / Liebherr
• Bulldozer - CAT 14M / 16H
• Trucks - CAT 777G, 740B Articulated
• Various auxiliary equipment, including generators, lighting towers, EWP and LV

Responsabilities:
• Perform planned installation and maintenance of heavy mechanical equipment in accordance with company procedures to minimize project delays.
• Participate in the planning of your long and short term activities.
• Provide accurate reports / feedback to the supervisor / foreman and planning department.
• Understanding of hydraulic systems.
• All work done according to the dealer's specifications.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams of various plants and equipment, including hydraulic diagrams.
• Inspect, repair, install and test mechanical equipment to ensure that mandatory legal requirements are met.
• Perform an evaluation of the spare parts and materials needed to complete the work efficiently and effectively, if necessary, request additional items through the Supervisor.
• Apply reuse.
• Calibrate motors and electronic systems.
• Test, adjust and evaluate system performance.
• Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in the motor, 12 and 24 volts electric, hydraulic system and power train.
• Must have a working knowledge and understanding of safety policies and environmental regulations.
• Complete a technical report in accordance with the company's procedures and policies.

Qualifications and experience:
• Have a commercial certificate recognized as an installer
• It is essential to have a minimum of 8 years of experience working with earthmoving equipment.
• It is desirable to work with CAT equipment.
• Demonstrated experience using CAT diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work and maintain a culture of zero damage and work safely at all times.
• It is a desirable quality to have diagnoses, fault location and problem solving capacity
• Current driver's license
