Our Red Chris mine is located on the traditional territory of the Tahltan and we encourage qualified applicants from the local communities to apply. We offer several designated marshalling points within BC including Nanaimo, Vancouver, Kelowna, Kamloops, Williams Lake, Prince George and Smithers.

The Supervisor - Supply & Logistics will lead the team to ensure all work is carried out in a safe, structured, agreed and timely manner. They will also ensure absolute compliance with legal requirements and company objectives and provide support to develop, coach and mentor team members to continuously improve their knowledge, skills and relationship interactions.

This role will also be accountable for the receipt, storage and distribution of goods throughout site including the planning, layout and security of the warehouse. The successful candidate will also be responsible for demonstrating commitment to delivering on departmental plans and ensuring that resources are aligned with those plans.

Who we're looking for

Our ideal candidate would have strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop employees. This person must also have strong written and verbal communication skills.

In addition, you would have the following:
  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a warehouse setting
  • SAP experience is considered an asset
  • Journeyman Parts certification is desirable
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Valid driver's license
