We are proud to hold a long-term contract with the Whangarei District Council, which manages the maintenance of the Water network throughout the district and we are looking for experienced Water Servicepersons to join our high performing team.

A bit about your role;

As a part of a dedicated maintenance crew delivering the most efficient and quality-driven service to our clients, your key duties will include;

• Responding to service requests,
• Perform Planned Maintenance and construction projects across the water assets
• Network maintenance including but not limited to leak detection and pressure management
• Reactively resolve mechanical problems by using sound industry knowledge and best practice initiatives.
• Reporting of field computing and manual data recording ensuring the data is accurate and up to date.

A bit about you;

You will have previous experience with the Water Industry and will bring with you;

• Proven experience and an interest in Water Reticulation
• Experience working with Water Mains and Service lines
• Previous Water Treatment and/or Pump station experience would be highly regarded
• An understanding of Valve operations and meter reading
• Current Water reticulation certificates preferable
• A strong focus to Health and Safety and demonstrated strong customer service skills
