Analyst Project Contracts and Procurement
  • Great opportunity to expand upon your contracts and procurement skills working on the Winu study phases while gaining knowledge of the execution phase of the Winu project

  • Eighteen months to two years fixed term contract based in Perth or Brisbane

About the role

We are looking for an Analyst Project Contracts to join our Rio Tinto Projects Winu study team and. The role will be based in Perth or Brisbane and may require travel to the project site on occasion.

Reporting to the Senior Advisor Contracts and Procurement, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and creating purchase orders
  • Managing small agreements
  • Maintaining registers and contract correspondence
  • Seek approvals as required
  • Ensure invoices are paid in a timely mater

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will ideally have a procurement background, but a finance background and someone who understands Rio Tinto systems would also be well suited.
