Temporary Human Resources Support

Porcupine Mine - Timmins, ON

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties to support the Human Resources Team
  • Maintain employee records
  • Provide quality service to internal and external partners regarding HR inquiries
  • Coordinate Company events
  • Ability to work at any Porcupine site as required


Requirements

  • Minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office administration experience is required
  • Advanced technical competence using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with SAP and/or Success Factors is an asset
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Must be motivated and able to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Previous Human Resources experience is an asset
