This newly created Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator role will support timely, effective and accurate LMS and data management processes for FS&U nationally. In this role, you will be supporting FS&U operational and functional leaders and specialists and work alongside FS&U's learning business partners.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the LMS, facilitate access for users, maintenance of learning records, and continuous improvement of learning management processes associated with the DNZ LMS platform. The role will also collaborate with the wider DNZ and Downer Group learning management community to share learnings.

This will be a busy important role in our team requiring a structured approach to build constructive relationships, provide clear guidance, and prioritise work schedules. As an experienced Coordinator, you are motivated by results and are outcome focused. While forging strong and positive relationships, you will also have a high attention to detail. You thrive under pressure of a fast-paced environment and have a very proactive approach to your work.

To be successful in this challenging role you will ideally have the following skills and attributes;
  • Problem solving skills within a software application/system context
  • Ability to effectively process and interpret information
  • Proven computer skills including the ability to use software applications with confidence and proficiency
  • A strong customer focus with commitment to working with stakeholders to improve the LMS user experience
  • Exceptional organisational skills and impeccable time management
  • Well-developed communication skills and effective interpersonal skills
  • Self-managing, can work independently and take the initiative
  • Can build effective relationships with all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of the NZQA framework would be desirable
