  • Role based in Boron, Ca

    About the role

    We are looking for an Operator B

    This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Operator B.
  • Demonstrated track record for supporting workplace safety in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating large (+100 ton capacity) mine haulage and water trucks.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating 1350, 1850 Loaders & Electric Shovels.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in mine support equipment (rubber tire & track dozers, graders, forklifts, skid-steer loaders, blasthole drills, etc.).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating crushing and conveying systems.
  • Experience in supporting blasting operations.
  • Must be capable of maintaining production records and reports as required.
  • Demonstrated capability to inspect equipment and initiate corrective actions as required.
  • Must be able to hear and be understood during 2-way radio communications.
  • Must be capable of performing all other tasks, duties and assignments that may be required as part of qualifications listed above.


About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
  • 3 years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
  • Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be able to read, write, and perform basic math.
  • Must have an understanding of the electrical and mechanical functions of the equipment used.

License/Certifications:
  • Must have current and valid state civil driver's license.
