About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Analyst and Reporting Specialist, preferably with mining load and haul and dispatch experience to assist in reporting and analytics at Rio Tinto's Central Park Location.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for Designing, developing, and automating dashboards/reports/alarming and Data analytics using dispatch and log file data.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
  • WA C Class Drivers Licence
  • Unlimited Rights to work in Australia
  • Experience developing reports, using Business Intelligence tools (such as Power BI)
  • Advanced Experience writing SQL queries or working with databases, using SSMS
  • High analytics skills
  • Mining knowledge and experience especially load and haul
  • Experience with data collection and management
  • Good knowledge of Software Lifecycle processes
Desirable Skills:
  • Understanding of dispatch data
  • Experience writing python script
  • Experience with user experience and user interface design and development
