BTP Group are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Service Administrator for busy Hazelmere Workshops.

The Successful candidate will provide support to the maintenance operations and has the ability to work well within a team environment, be confident to take and receive direction and possess the skills to build, and maintain, good working relationships with both Senior members and key stakeholders.

Areas of Responsibility:
  • Project and work order creation
  • Entering staff timesheet entries / payroll queries
  • Creating Purchase Orders for suppliers
  • Invoicing / follow up of purchase orders
  • Reporting
  • Compliance and safety maintenance of records
  • End of month clean-up of WIP
  • Support of field service team
  • Detailed record keeping and filing
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Experience / Skills required:
  • Working knowledge & experience with PRONTO
  • Relevant and recent experience in a similar site administrative role
  • Ability to successfully complete medical
  • C class licence
  • MS Office knowledge
  • COUPA experience desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously
