BTP Group are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Service Administrator for busy Hazelmere Workshops.
The Successful candidate will provide support to the maintenance operations and has the ability to work well within a team environment, be confident to take and receive direction and possess the skills to build, and maintain, good working relationships with both Senior members and key stakeholders.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Project and work order creation
- Entering staff timesheet entries / payroll queries
- Creating Purchase Orders for suppliers
- Invoicing / follow up of purchase orders
- Reporting
- Compliance and safety maintenance of records
- End of month clean-up of WIP
- Support of field service team
- Detailed record keeping and filing
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Experience / Skills required:
- Working knowledge & experience with PRONTO
- Relevant and recent experience in a similar site administrative role
- Ability to successfully complete medical
- C class licence
- MS Office knowledge
- COUPA experience desirable
- Ability to work autonomously
