Roster: 8 days on and 6 days off, FIFO ex: Perth
Reporting to the Superintendent Infrastructure Services, an opportunity currently exists for an Operations Supervisor to join the team.

Title: Operations Supervisor NPI
Work location: Christmas Creek

Reporting to the Superintendent Infrastructure Services, an opportunity currently exists for an Operations Supervisor to join the team.
Key accountabilities:
- Management water and waste treatment facilities on a daily basis
- Ensure all safety systems and procedures are followed by operations employees and contractors
- Manage daily work packs and provide supervision to all operations employees and contractors under your control.
- Carry out investigations into incidents and report to the relevant authorities as required
- Ensure all statutory testing and maintenance is carried out and recorded as required by your appointment.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Experience managing a multi discipline team
- Experience in the operations of RO and waste water facilities (Desirable)
- Proven ability to manage small to medium projects to completion and with timeline and budget
- Previous experience in a large mining operation
- Competent understanding of Business Management Systems
- Experience in computer based maintenance systems - SAP (Desirable)
- Strong commitment to health and safety
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
