With strong recent financial results, backed with a commitment to explore new opportunities across Australia and the approved expansion of current operations, we have a newly created role for a Senior Project Manager - Roads. As both a miner and mining services provider, this unique Perth based opportunity will see you oversee a range of current and future road and Infrastructure capital works.

A self-starter and proven people leader, you will demonstrate previous hands-on experience delivering civil and roads infrastructure. Your years of experience in a delivery capacity will ensure project success.

Reporting to the Project Director, your remit will include but not be limited to:
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the businesses expansion plans in collaboration with our senior management team
  • Utilise existing business unit resources to ensure your project environmental, tenement and mining-related approvals for your project are completed in line with the project requirements.
  • Engage with the internal/external design teams to drive a best for project outcome
  • Development and management of project budgets, resources and staffing to meet objectives and time frames
  • Drive accountability for safety and environmental management both in design and construction
  • Regularly engage and provide detailed reporting through to the executive management team
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems and lead contingency plans

Possessing previous experience establishing and delivering civil and roads infrastructure in construction is essential as is a proven track record in delivery with a team focused and inclusive approach.
