Electrical Maintainer Brockman 4 (FIFO)

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Maintainer to support the Brockman 4 Electrical Fixed Plant Maintenance team and to provide safe and efficient electrical maintenance, repairs and fault finding to our assets. The role is a great opportunity for a safety conscious individual looking for a new challenge.

Working a FIFO roster of 8days/6off & 7nights/7off and reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will:
  • Safely execute electrical maintenance
  • Maintain statutory electrical inspections and records as required by MSIR
  • Complete fault finding and repairs of electrical systems and equipment
  • Complete Inspections to identify faults and raise quality notifications in SAP for repairs
  • Safely isolate equipment for maintenance requirements

About you

To be considered for this role, you will have:
  • A manual Australian C-Class Driver's Licence
  • A WA A-Class Electrical Licence + Electrical Trade Cert
  • High Voltage switching (highly desirable)
  • Understanding PLC and HMI systems
  • Previous experience in fixed plant maintenance
  • High Risk Workers Licence, WP, LF
  • Competency with use of SAP and Raising Quality Notifications
  • A passion for safe execution of work
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

Where you will be working

The Greater Brockman mines are 4 operating iron ore mines located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 60 kilometres north-west of Tom Price. The mine is serviced by the Brockman Airport. B4 camp includes a swimming pool, fitness centre and wet mess facility.
