Infrastructure Projects, a division of Downer's Australian Operations Business continues to secure further opportunities within Regional Victoria as we continue to build on our reputation of meeting and delivering on Australia's major Transportation needs.

An excellent full-time opportunity is currently available for an Assistant Storeperson to join our Rail Infrastructure team based in Colac, Victoria. Reporting to the Senior Storeperson, you will be assisting in all aspects of warehousing, including good receipting, organising deliveries and compliance of the delivery process, escorting and unloading trucks, general handyman functions and other logistical tasks. You will maintain the store in a clean and efficient manner and ensure routine stock takes are carried out.
ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a similar role planning, coordinating and controlling stores activities and resources
• Industry experience working with electronics is also preferred
• Successfully running inventory procurement, receiving and management
• Former experience in picking and packing orders
• Understanding importance of maintaining cleanliness of depot and store
• Maintain work instructions, policies & procedures
• Must have Forklift & HR licence
• Have high attention to detail
• Basic MS Office skills
• A 'team player' with the proven ability to work efficiently with others and alone
• Strong safety focus - actively participate in and support Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies
