Position summary
Our business continues to grow and expand our services across the market and accordingly we need to expand our talented recruitment team to source the best talent to meet the needs of our growing business and clients! This role will be part of a newly created Project team to partner with the business to deliver a large recruitment transition of over 400 staff along with filling newly created roles. This role is based In Adelaide and will require flexibility with work location. You must be willing to travel to 2-3 different depots per week, along with the flexibility of working from home. With a focus on candidate experience and service delivery, you will have strong process orientation, ability to work to in a fast paced environment with tight timeframes, flexibility and willingness to support the broader recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End to end recruitment business partnering including search and sourcing, competency based interviewing, pre employment due diligence, offer management and new starter employee onboarding;
  • Proactive talent sourcing by headhunting, search and market mapping recruitment activities;
  • Candidate management and engagement to support candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process as well as maintain a strong pipeline of talent
  • Providing a high level of customer service when visiting various depots in a client facing environment
  • Work within a small project team and be able to adapt to an ever changing environment
  • Process a high volume of paperwork , including drafting new contracts and obtaining employee documentation
  • Assist with new employee new starter paperwork, inductions and on-boarding as required ensuring compliance with Policies and Procedures
  • Assist with document management of all employee files in compliance with Company policy and Privacy Act regulations
  • Managing and maintaining recruitment through the Group applicant tracking system, PageUp
  • Support recruitment lead and business with other activities associated with Strategic Recruitment
  • Provide a professional, enhanced customer service, working closely with internal and external stake holders

About you:

If you are driven, energetic and a passionate recruitment business partner experienced in managing a high volume of technical and hard to fill roles that require headhunting and networking and enjoy building long standing relationships managing talent pipelines you will really enjoy this role! You will have strong service delivery and business partnering skills and ethos, whilst being able to work well under pressure. Most importantly, you have a genuine desire to grow with us and our business.
  • Experience in an end to end recruitment role processing high volumes of contracts within a fast paced environment
  • A proven track record in successfully headhunting, building strong candidate networks and pipelines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
  • A strong customer service focus with the ability to collaborate and foster teamwork and flexibility to adapt to changing demands;
  • Page Up experience or similar recruitment system knowledge is highly desirable;
