Key Responsibilities:
Administer internal and external recruitment activities Coordinate administrative and project support to the HR team Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance in all HR functions Assess and monitor HR strategies and goals
Minimum Requirements:
A Degree in Human Resources or a related field A minimum of 5 years in a similar role Extensive knowledge of current HR legislation and requirements Solid communication skills and excellent attention to detail
