Overview

How will you contribute to the team?

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Support the project leadership in the development or update of project documentation (e.g. project execution plan, project quality plan).
• Support the project leadership in ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Support the delivery of projects to established targets (cost, schedule, quality, health and safety).
• Help project leadership ensure that project execution adheres to the appropriate standards and procedures.
• Measure project performance and assist in the development and reporting of key performance indicators (ensuring all project internal and external reporting requirements are met).
• Support the project leadership in communication to project stakeholders (e.g. scope clarification / reinforcement).
• Coordinate activities between project stakeholders (e.g. coordination of engineering design aspects, schedule coordination, vendor coordination, etc.).
• Support the change management process.
• Report and follow up on quality findings or action items.
• Invoicing and follow-up with client for collection of payment.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by a Project Manager, Project Engineer or General Manager.

What will you contribute?

Requirements:

• Undergraduate University Degree in Engineering.
• Oracle knowledge and experience in consulting engineering would be an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrate initiative, team spirit and independence.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good collaboration and team-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Self-Motivated, results-driven and flexible.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of professionals at all levels of the organization.
