Title: Maintenance Supervisor NPI

Work location: Cloudbreak

Roster: 8 days on and 6 days off, FIFO ex: Perth

Reporting to the Superintendent Infrastructure Services, an opportunity currently exists for an Maintenance Supervisor to join the team.

Key accountabilities:

• Ensure all safety systems and procedures are followed by all maintenance employees and contractors under your control
• Manage daily work packs and provide supervision to all maintenance employees and contractors under your control.
• Carry out investigations into incidents and report to the relevant authorities as required
• Ensure all electrical statutory testing and maintenance is carried out and recorded as required by your appointment.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Experience managing a multi discipline team
• Proven ability to manage small to medium projects to completion and with timeline and budget
• Previous experience in a large mining operation
• Competent understanding of Business Management Systems
• Experience in computer based maintenance systems - SAP
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
