About the Position
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant for an immediate start. This position is being offered part time and would suit a candidate who is seeking school hours.
Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will report to the Physical Resources Co-Ordinator and be responsible for, however not limited to the below duties:
  • Monitoring the helpdesk inbox
  • Liaising with internal personal, real estate agents and property owners to co-ordinate maintenance
  • Procurement of office equipment and supplies
  • Filing and archiving
Skills and Experience
  • Previous property or leasing experience will be advantageous
  • WA C Class Drivers Licence
  • National Police Clearance
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen
