Position summary
Downer Rollingstock Services (RSS) is committed to providing the highest quality Rollingstock & Overhaul services for both the local QLD and the greater Australian market. The Maryborough facility is one of six primary operational facilities that comprise the Rollingstock Services (RSS) business unit of Downer, from where the construction and maintenance of the Downer contracted QLD rollingstock fleet is conducted.
About the role:
Our Document Controller will control the dissemination and compilation of records and handover evidentiary documents for Project compliance. You will establish and implement effective processes to deliver compliance documents for quality, manufacturing, testing and commercial contract.
Duties:

• Document Management
• Rectifying non-conformances
• Update correspondence register
• Maintain documentation register
• Archiving

Skills and experience:

• Software - TeamBinder
• Microsoft Office suite
• Mainframe and cloud-based integrated databases
