What does this role involve?

This 'hands on' role will require you to lead by example in providing leadership by planning, direction and controlling activities whilst working alongside the crew in the field with operating machinery and labouring duties. You will make sure your crew has everything they need including plant, materials, clear work instructions, technical designs, hazard assessments and work permits.

What are we looking for?

Along with your positive attitude and your ability to lead a team there are a few essentials to what we are looking for:

• You will have proven Paving Construction and Stabilizing experience
• Ability to read plans and work to a program.
• Knowledge of working with Pavement Construction plant
• Class 2 and WTR endorsements are desirable
• Team leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
