Reporting to the General Manager, and deputising for them in their absence, you will be responsible for leading and managing all functions of the mine production & technical services teams, including; safety, production, financial management and productivity. As a key stakeholder in the site senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in both the short term success of the operation as well as the strategic, long term direction of the mine.

Together with a Mining Engineering degree and a WA Unrestricted Quarry Managers Certificate, we require an experienced Open Pit Mining Manager with a demonstrated track record of success in driving continuous improvement.
