Maintenance Administrator

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator, based at our Zinc Processing Plant and Smelter offices - Mount Isa. This position will provide support to our Maintenance teams, within the Assets & Engineering Department. This is a residential position, working under a 5/2/4/3 "Lifestyle" roster.
This exciting role will provide administrative support, continuously improving administrative systems and processes, updating department records and reports, coordinating small projects and managing queries as they arise.
Tasks will include;
- Liaising with the Maintenance teams to ensure that work is completed, including entries into work diaries
- Coordination of trades and suppliers, and working with the Maintenance teams to ensure that their targets are achieved
- Reporting on a daily/weekly basis
- Contribution to ensuring a safe work environment.
To succeed in this role, demonstrated experience in a mining environment is desirable, and applicants with a mechanical or trade experience are encouraged to apply. Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is essential, whilst knowledge of Ellipse and BSafe systems are desirable, though an ability to learn and apply change is essential.
