People Logistics Supervisor - Chichester
Work Location: Perth
Roster: 8D/6R
Reporting to the People Logistics Superintendent - Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of People Logistics Officers providing flights and accommodation services focusing on the Chichester Hub in this Perth based role.

People Logistics Supervisor - Chichester
Work Location: Perth

Reporting to the People Logistics Superintendent - Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of People Logistics Officers providing flights and accommodation services focusing on the Chichester Hub in this Perth based role.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Supervise the People Logistics Officers and provide support during transactions and troubleshoot internal team queries.
- Ensure staff are trained and supported in their roles
- Maintain a high consistent level of service delivery to customers
- Developing strong, co-operative internal and external working relationships with stakeholder
- Conduct weekly and monthly flights and accommodation reporting identifying areas to improve utilisation
- Manage and implement innovative technology functions to provide efficiency and a high level of customer service.
- Develop, maintain and champion department processes and procedures.
- Flight delay coordination
Qualifications and skills required:
- Previous experience in a leadership position either in site accommodation or aviation operations
- Strong analytic skills and a high attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent customer service skillset with experience dealing with multiple customers
- Provide leadership by coordinating and motivating the team by setting daily KPIs and deadlines
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to managing multiple and competing priorities
