CSG are currently working with a well-positioned operational mining company focused on its growing skill-sets in key areas of their flagship assets in Central Asia.

PURPOSE:


Provide oversight and guidance to the construction EPCM contractor to ensure the work is completed safely, on schedule and in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Review schedules and procedures to ensure interdisciplinary coordination and timely completion of the work. Ensure compliance with project policies regarding health, safety and environmental performance. Monitor progress and provide reports and input to maintain the scheduled completion of activities. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:

  • Technical University degree (Bachelor, Masters) on Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (must).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably on large capital projects (including SX/EW plants and copper concentrators).
  • Knowledge of WPA Area, requires experience mostly related to Mills, flotation cells and pumps, would be a plus if the candidate has experience related to DPA area (crushers, conveyors and thickeners).
  • Must have expat experience.
  • Must have cold climate execution experience.
  • Strong Character with good leadership and management skills.
  • Typical conventional computer systems skills; organized, detailed.
  • Ability to manage multiple work fronts with varying levels of skills.
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written both internally and externally.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Previous experience in the FSU will be highly regarded.
  • Multicultural team execution experience and mentoring is key requirement.
