Our client, a high-profile and fast-growing consulting firm in Toronto, requires an energetic and motivated process engineer to lead their corporate Mineral Processing group. This role will be responsible for managing mineral processing studies from conceptual engineering to detail engineering and commissioning, developing and creating client engagement/development opportunities, long term business development relationships within the relevant industries, and managing an internal team and external client projects/studies.

Skills and Experience
 

• Established track record delivering large capital mining projects on time and on budget.
• Mineral Processing expertise in Gold and Base Metals
• Eng + Degree in Mining, Mineral Engineering, or Extractive Metallurgical Engineering
• Conducted operational site audit reviews and supported site operations with optimization, projects improving recoveries of gold, silver, and copper.
• Implemented operational excellence and improvements projects in grinding, CIP, CIL, heap leach.
• Demonstrated track record meeting client engagement targets.
• Motivating and building consensus within a team of technical and non-technical individuals
• Proven record of successfully managing projects
• Extensive industry networks
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
