About the role:
- You will be recruiting for blue collar positions across the mining space
- You will be actively encouraged to "own" your desk and we commit to providing full support (including a comprehensive 4 week start plan) to ensure you hit the ground running
- You will be supported by an expert on-boarding team who handle the administrative aspects of your role, freeing you up to do what you do best.
This is a 360-recruitment role. Duties include:
- Networking with clients and candidates
- Calling clients (warm & hot) and candidates
- Developing talent pools
- Job working/filling.

About you:
- You may be an experienced mining recruiter, or someone with a strong sales and/or a customer service background in mining
