Core Requirements
- Degree qualified Mining Engineer
- Already at Superintendent (or more senior) level
- Solid Dispatch experience (a must have) and this must be reflected in your CV
- Long Term and Short Term Mine Planning experience
- Mine Planning Software experience
- Multi-disciplinary exposure within open pit gold mining. Practical Exposure to and understanding of Drilling&Blasting and Loading&Hauling will be preferred
- West Africa experience will be advantageous
