Our client is a leading water technology company committed to "solving water" by creating innovative and smart technology solutions to meet the world's water, wastewater and energy needs. They are currently looking for a full time storesperson to join their team in Eastern Creek.
About the Role
The Storeperson is responsible for the receiving, picking, packaging and dispatch of all goods and will be partially responsible for stock control using relevant information to ensure product availability and accuracy.
Main Duties

• Receive, store, pack and dispatch goods in accordance with established policies and procedures, using supplied tools, packaging materials, and machines.
  
• Pick orders/parts from the stores area, and prepare products for despatch. This will include manual handling of items lifted/moved and where necessary the use machinery for heavy items. Communication within the team is essential to enable others to assist in such tasks.
  
• Safely operate (within lifting capabilities) electric reach forklifts, counterbalance gas forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
  
• Responsible for the safe and secure storage of product in racking systems up to 8 metres.
  
• Participation in the stock control program, which involves daily cycle counting of random product.
  

What you need

• Must have a forklift licence and experience with High Reach
  
• Current NSW drivers licence
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Able to work well within the team.
  
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
