We are looking to add safety-minded drivers to our dedicated team and will provide the training necessary to operate a haul truck. Take the keys and start your career!

Essential Duties

• Learn and follow safety rules, report hazards, and take responsibility for your actions.
• Demonstrate excellent listening and strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Follow established processes to complete a thorough vehicle inspection before operating equipment and communicate mechanical problems in detail to maintenance department.
• Strive to make safety the foundation to everything you do and offer suggestions for improvement when you see them

You will also have other responsibilities and tasks in line with the role of a Haul Truck Operator.

Training & Experience

• Entry level, no experience required in mining or operating equipment.
• Able to read, write, and possess basic math and science skills to complete daily reporting requirements.
• Reliable, consistent work history.
• Will hire experienced operators.

Working Conditions

• You will work a 12-hour shift, rotating between days and nights.
• This position is located at the Cripple Creek & Victor mine site in Colorado.
