About the role

The Specialist - Asset Management Improvement Projects will have accountability for delivery of priority projects that will directly improve asset management performance across Pacific Operations. Projects may sit across maintenance systems, training, technology, reporting, and asset improvement.

This is a critical role to the business and as such, we require highly experienced, credible and capable person. Resilience, self-motivation and exceptional communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be required to interface with broad stakeholder groups, displaying credibility, building trust and influencing outcomes. You will be an expert problem solver, level headed thinker and most importantly committed to driving positive outcomes for the business. Reporting to the Manager Asset Management, you will have accountability for:

• Project prioritisation
• Project scoping including business case development
• Defining resource requirements and justification
• Stakeholder engagement and communication
• Project management from concept through to completion

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

• Experience working within asset management engineering/planning/maintenance systems
• Experience leading and implementing improvement projects including development of a business case
• Good communication skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholder groups to achieve an outcome
• Tertiary or Trade qualification
