Title: Shutdown Planning Supervisor
Work location: Perth & Solomon (50/50)
Roster: 5/2, 4/3 (7.6 hours Perth, 12 hours Solomon)
This permanent full-time position is within the Maintenance Department of our Process Plant Facility. You will provide safe, effective and timely shutdown plan to achieve maximum availability.

Key accountabilities will include:
- Performance management of the shutdown planning team
- Cost monitoring
- Liaise with the Long-Term Planner in the preparation of financial budgets
- Monitor and manage adherence to the Shutdown Management Process
- Prepare data for the weekly shutdown meeting
- Review planning quality
- Work with the engineering team to identify major tasks and projects
- Review shutdown financial performance
- Ensure planners liaise with shutdown venders to ensure accuracy of work scopes
- Assist the Scheduler understand criticality of scope
Qualifications and skills required:
- Formal training and relevant trades qualifications with suitable experience
- Several years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in computer-based maintenance systems - SAP (essential)
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Competency in processing plant maintenance of wet and dry plants
- Experience with all aspects of the shutdown planning process
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a strong team environment
