About the Role
We are seeking a Document Controller with experience in the resources sector to join Rio Tinto Growth & Innovation.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Rio Tinto Iron Ore's internal requirements and external standards.
  • Provide a quality assurance function to the team in terms of accuracy and company standards in relation to document control processes and systems.
  • Assist with control, capture, registration and dissemination of information between the asset/operations and project systems.
  • Provide ongoing support to internal customers for new processes and systems.
  • Maintain records of non-deliverable project data.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience working as a Document Controller within the resource sector.
  • Skilled at producing quality reports, utilising good computer and administrative skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers within a project team.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
