Title: Training Administration Officer- Iron Ore Projects
Work location: Perth initially (with transition to site)
Roster: Monday to Friday in Perth, with FIFO even time roster to follow.
An exciting opportunity to work with the Iron Ore Projects team. The purpose of this role is to provide direct day-to-day administrative support to the Training department for Iron Ore Projects. This will initially be Perth based and will transition to a FIFO roster from Perth.

Key accountabilities:
- Manage travel and leave requirements through correct systems and conduct regular audits and roster management
- Answer email and phone enquiries in a professional efficient manner
- Meeting Minutes including Safety
- Maintain office policies and procedures
- Calendar management and daily reporting function
- Support of other departmental administrators as requested
- Comply with all procurement guidelines, for example, raising/receipting/invoicing purchase orders
- Maintain safety reporting systems and provide information to management
- Direct liaison with external agencies (Eg DTWD, AASN, RTO and external providers)
Qualifications and skills required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum two years in a similar administrative role
- Certificate III in Business administration will be highly regarded
- Experience using SAP and Workflow
- Excellent time management and scheduling skills
