Job Description

They will be responsible for all operating and processing within the company including Safety, Health, Environment and Quality. The COO is responsible for the day to day activities of the company and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

The company is a small to medium sized one with aspirations to grow within a region they have a good foothold of. • Strong financial acumen
  • A proven track record in improving all processes. Continuous improvement and change management are both required skills
  • Have full responsibility for the direction, management and development of the existing and all operations projects
  • Direct and manage the full operations and the ongoing projects of the sites
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and consultative skills with the ability to interact with and influence senior people in the company, private and public sector

This opportunity would suit a VP Operations or a COO of a blossoming operating junior looking to joined a small, lean team with multiple assets.
