About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Civil Site Supervisor /Foreman for civil projects throughout the Brisbane region including Ipswich & Logan to commence in a Permanent role . The successful candidate will be required to work Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday 's as required. You will have extensive experience working on civil projects in the South East Queensland region as a Supervisor/Foreman and be available to commence immediately .

Duties of the role:

• Site management - site-based position
  
• Support to the site Foremen & Project Manager
  
• Ensuring on-site works are being carried out as per contract including road, earth & service works
  
• Delegating duties & instructing contractors on site
  
• Organising plant & equipment
  
• Client & stakeholder liaison
  
• Running multiple projects throughout the Brisbane area
  

To be successful in this position :

• Must have 4 years previous site supervisor /foreman experience
  
• Demonstrated experience with the civil construction industry - specifically around services i.e water, drainage, electrical, roads, earthworks & structures
  
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Project Management or equivalent experience highly regarded
  
• Exceptional negotiation & analytical skills
  
• White card
  
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office including Word & Excel
  
• Superior time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  
• Ability to start work immediately
