Work Location: Chichester Hub - Christmas Creek
Roster: FIFO Ex Perth 8 days on, 6 off
An opportunity currently exists for a Mine Surveyor to provide survey services to the operation in a safe and timely manner to facilitate production and exploration activities.

Position: Mine Surveyor
Work Location: Chichester Hub - Christmas Creek

An opportunity currently exists for a Mine Surveyor to provide survey services to the operation in a safe and timely manner to facilitate production and exploration activities.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Ensuring all survey work complies with the requirements of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act
- Establishing and maintaining of all survey control
- Use of Total Stations, GPS, UAV and Laser Scanners to conduct surveys across site
- Production and reporting of End of Month pit & stockpile volume reconciliation
- Maintaining site RTK network
- Calibrating and maintaining accuracy of machine guidance systems
- Maintaining and preparing of all mine plans and spatial data management
- Clean and maintain survey equipment as required
- Participate in on site reviews of operations to improve survey services
- Promoting of company environmental, health, safety and operational policies and procedures
- Liaising with senior professionals and operations personnel
Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor's degree, Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification in Surveying
- Grade 2 Authorisation or the ability to obtain a Grade 2 Authorisation
- Manual C Class Drivers
- Experience in Mine Surveying is essential
- Desirable - AROC & RePL qualifications
- Must be able to multitask on several activities/priorities at the same time
- Current WA Drivers Licence
