About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Diesel Fitter, as well as a Leading Hand Diesel Fitters= to commence on a local town mine near Biloela, Queensland.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Previous mine site experience
  
• Experience working on Dump Trucks, Water Trucks, Graders, Loaders and Axillary Equipment.
  
• Leading Hand Position requires previous Leading Hand experience - but must be willing to be hands on working on Liebherr Excavators and Komatsu Dump Trucks.
  
• Complete machinery inspections
  
• Repair and Test Machinery
  

Requirements:

• Previous as a Leading Hand in a Mining Environment
  
• Current Standard 11
  
• Current S1, S2, S3 & G2
  
• Current Coal Board Medical
  
• Current Driver's Licence
  
• Qualified Trade Certificate
  
• Working at Heights & Confined Space qualifications are advantageous
  
• Right to work within Australia
