Ausdrill is currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Maintenance Administrator to join the maintenance team in Canning Vale.
Duties Include:
- Daily entry of timesheets.
- Creating new work orders in Pronto.
- Entering Services, Audits, Quarterly Audits and completing the work orders.
- Entering Component Change Forms.
- Entering supporting documentation from Shift Reports.
- Maintaining registers and monthly statistics.
- Assisting Operations Mangers with site transfer forms.
- Record and track vehicle site allocation and update registers.
- Liaise with Plant Analysis on asset movement for recovery purposes.
- Maintain current vehicle information (e.g. make, model and location) for licensing purposes.
- Filing as needed.
- Other duties as requested by the Maintenance Superintendent or Maintenance Manager.
Experience / Skills required:
- PRONTO experience highly regarded.
- A customer service focus.
- An eye for detail and strong attention to data entry accuracy.
- Professional presentation and phone manner.
- Excellent Microsoft office suite skills.
- Strong focus on time management and adhering to deadlines.
- An effective communicator.
