Job description
Our client is an Anglo-Swiss multinational commodity trading and mining company, operating at Hail Creek Mine, a large scale, long-life open cut operation, 120 kilometres south west of Mackay in the northern Bowen Basin mining region of Central Queensland.
About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Dump Truck Operators available for DIDO or BIBO work for an ASAP start at Hail Creek Mine. This position will be 12.5-hour shifts, 7/7 roster with both day and night shifts.
This position would suit experienced operators with competencies in either Electric or Mechanical drive experience, with ideally competencies in Terex 4400, CAT 793, or Komatsu 960 E background.

- Operating Mechanical and Electrical Drive Trucks (CAT 793D, F; KOM 960E, Terex 4400 AC, DC, CAT 988.
- Mechanical or Electrical Drive Truck Experience as per the above.
- Current "C" Class Driver's License and Own Transport
- Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
