Reporting to the Senior Operations Supervisor, the Labourer is responsible for general labour duties in the mill.

This opportunity works a 4x4 days and nights schedule, and comes with an attractive benefits package and hourly rate of pay as reflected in the Collective Agreement.

Responsibilities:

• Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
• Work as the Mill general labourer, managing various duties as needed
• Complete work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Handle all tasks in a safe and efficient manner, looking out for hazards such as heavy lifting, trips, and slips

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid class 5 driver’s license
• Previous equipment operation or industrial experience is considered an asset
