About the client
Our client is an established contractor with a strong track record and a reputation for results within the industry and has a bright future ahead of them.

On their behalf, MPi is currently seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join their teams in the Kalgoorlie region.

To be considered

• Relevant nationally recognized trade qualification;
• Commitment to safety and maintaining a culture focused on zero harm
• Minimum 5 years heavy workshop and field maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity
• Effective planning and organising skills with the ability to deliver on simultaneous projects with competing priorities
• Effective leader, able to motivate and direct a team. Track record of delivering improvement initiatives
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management (preferable)
• Substantial knowledge and experience utilising computer programs including Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working for MPi
You will be paid on a weekly basis, with 9.5% superannuation paid on all hours worked. Pays are transferred into your nominated bank account by Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday morning.
