Position summary
We have multiple casual opportunities for suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Supervisors for various shutdowns across the Pilbara.

You will lead and mentor teams of multi-disciplined crews to ensure the successful completion of shutdown across the Pilbara - with a strong focus on zero harm, quality and service excellence.

Your key requirements for the role will include:

• A proven track record of site supervision within a shutdown environment
• Direct and control maintenance activities to ensure that standards of quality, cost, safety and performance are observed and that time schedules are met;
• A proven ability to develop and maintain key internal and external relationships
• The ability to effectively manage a group of trades persons
• Excellent problem solving skills
• High level of attention to detail - strong analytical & conceptual skills
• Strong written and oral skills
• The ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with a variety of stake holders at all levels

About You:

• Nationally recognised Electrical trade qualification
• Hold a current WA A grade Electrical Licence
• Current LVR /CPR Certificate
• WSAH, CSE, Fire Attack and Section 44 tickets essential
• Front Line Management/Supervisor safety certification
• You will be a very 'hands-on' leader in the day-to-day planning, preparation and delivery of activities
• Experience supervising teams
• Previous experience on maintenance and shutdown projects in a similar role
• Previous experience on BHP sites will be highly regarded
