This opportunity as a Procurement Team Leader will be responsible for managing the warehouse & logistics function to deliver parts and materials in a safe, secure, on-time and accurate manner to support the Engineering departments and also to manage the processes of purchasing of parts and services to support asset maintenance, overhauls, renewals and project requirements.

About you:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years Supply Chain Management experience, with proven capability in purchasing roles, ideally in a rail / manufacturing / Maintenance Repair Operations environment
  • Experienced in leading Purchasing functions and experience across related supply chain management functions
  • Experience in purchasing activities including replenishment
  • Experience in the use of Maximo
  • Proven inventory management capabilities
  • Experience in leading and coordinating inventory stock takes, cycle counting and stock accuracy reporting.
  • Knowledge of RSNL and requirements of Safety Management System for Rail Transport Operator accreditation
