Civil Leading Hand
An immediate start opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly motivated Civil Leading Hand for a Road Construction project based in Brisbane's Northside in early January 2021. The role will include managing a small crew in in the delivery of new pipe infrastructure and road infrastructure.

An immediate start opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly motivated Civil Leading Hand for a Road Construction project based in Brisbane's Northside in early January 2021. The role will include managing a small crew in in the delivery of new pipe infrastructure and road infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting Project Supervisor in delegation and management of works
- Ensuring safety standards are adhered to across staff and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret plans and follow guidance from the onsite Supervisor
- Ability to work independently with a proven track record of operating safely
- Strong team player who supports our client's operations
- Proven experience and understanding of a construction site are essential
- Must be physically fit for all Labour duties
- Must have previous experience in drainage and road construction
- Must have previous experience working as a leading hand
- Holding operating tickets is preferred.
- High standard for safety
- Must be reliable and available for ongoing work
- Drivers Licence
- White Card
