A temporary to permanent opportunity has become available for an experienced Civil Leading Hand working on projects across Brisbane and South East Queensland. This medium Civil Construction company is building an additional crew due to additional project wins in the area. Offering an immediate start, the core business includes carpark construction, storm water, retaining walls and demolition.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting Project Supervisor in delegation and management of works
- Labouring duties
- Ensuring safety standards are adhered to across staff and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret plans and follow guidance from the onsite foreman
- Ability to work independently with a proven track record of operating safely
- Strong team player who supports our client's operations
- Previous experience leading a team in a strong civil setting
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and achieve group success
- Able to work under pressure and develop/maintain a healthy team culture
- Drivers Licence
- White Card
