Job brief

I am working on behalf on a Translation and Localization business who are looking for an experienced Senior account manager to join their Sales team. You would supervise account representatives to ensure customers' needs are met. As well as taking responsibility for creating new business by identifying profitable opportunities.

If you are customer-oriented with a 'can do' attitude, then this position is for you.

The ideal candidate would have a drive for achieving goals and maintaining a great customer experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Setting targets and performance metrics aligned with business strategies
  • Supervising and supporting account managers and representatives to ensure client satisfaction
  • Communicating with clients at a senior level to resolve any issues and inquiries
  • Generating innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
  • Using client feedback to improve customer experience
  • Reporting on sales results on a regular basis and suggesting improvements
  • Identifying and approaching potential clients
  • Arranging meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines set.


Required skills and experience:

  • Proven work experience as a Senior account manager (minimum of 1 year)
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude
  • Team management skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
