About the role
We are looking for an experienced Training Administrator to provide administrative support to the MRL Business and its associated clients and providers. As a service support function, this role will be focused around providing a professional customer service that is helpful and of high quality ensuring set deadlines are met and core business is managed effectively. There will be opportunities for continuous improvement to training administration process and procedures.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Training Administrator to provide administrative support to the MRL Business and its associated clients and providers. There will be opportunities for continuous improvement to training administration process and procedures.
You will
- Ensure compliance of the MRL Business by working within the MRL Company Standards.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance on the MRL Training System (e.g. INX InTuition).
- Continuously improve processes within the training space for better efficiency
- Support MRL through the continuous promotion of training initiatives and opportunities (e.g. Authorised Assessor Program, Internal Training Courses, Training Update, Weekly Insight Stories)
- Maintain a close working relationship with our associated RTOs and provide them with front of house support where required
What you'll bring to the team
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher (Desirable)
- Experience in administration, preferably in the resources industry
- Experience working in an organisation experiencing regular change and diversity
- Experience in a role that is data entry heavy
