Quelle sera votre contribution dans l'équipe

•Participer à l’élaboration des résultats consolidés, des budgets, des plans d’affaires, ainsi que des prévisions trimestrielles en collaborant avec divers partenaires commerciaux pour s’assurer que les prévisions sont fiables et à jour;

•Participer à la préparation de présentations relatives aux résultats de fin de mois, aux estimations mensuelles, aux prévisions trimestrielles et aux budgets annuels fournis à la haute direction dans le cadre d’un secteur d’activité respectif;

•Responsable de la comptabilité, de l’établissement de rapports, de la prévision, de la budgétisation et du suivi des frais généraux par secteur d’activité;

•Appuyer les secteurs d’activités au besoin, y compris l’élaboration de processus, d’outils et de rapports pour les aider dans les activités de rapports, de planification, de prévision et de surveillance du rendement;

•Analyser le rendement du secteur d’activité par rapport au budget et aux prévisions;

•Participer et mettre en œuvre des initiatives centralisées en mettant l’accent sur l’optimisation des processus;

•Agir en tant que partenaire d’affaires solide et collaborer avec les dirigeants d’entreprise, les rapports juridiques, le Trésor, les systèmes et les départements d’entreprise;

•Participer à divers projets spéciaux et demandes ponctuelles.

Que recherchons-nous?

•Désignation CPA, CA, CPA, CMA ou CFA (un atout);

•Minimum - 2 ans d’expérience en comptabilité et/ou reporting;

•Capacité de travailler avec un court délai et une bonne tolérance au changement;

•Capacité à travailler en équipe, démontrer de la rigueur;

•Solides compétences en communication et démontrer de la collaboration avec divers partenaires d’affaires;

•Expérience en consolidation (un actif);

•Expérience avec Oracle / Hyperion (un atout);

•Très bonnes connaissances de MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint);

•Anglais/Français bilingue (parlé et écrit).

Under the supervision of the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects related to our infrastructure sector of the business.

How will you contribute to the team?

•Participate in the preparation of the consolidated results, budgets, business plans, as well as quarterly forecast by working with various business partners to ensure forecasts are reliable and up-to-date;

•Participate in preparing presentations relating to month-end results, monthly estimates, quarterly forecasts and yearly budgets provided to senior management within a respective line of business;

•Responsible for accounting, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and monitoring overhead costs by line of business;

•Support the line of business as needed, including the development of processes, tools and reports to help them in the activities of reporting, planning, forecasting and performance monitoring;

•Analyze the performance of the line of business versus the budget and the forecasts;

•Participate and implement centralized initiatives with a focus on process optimization;

•Act as a strong business partner and collaborate with line of business Executives, Legal reporting, Treasury, Systems & Corporate departments;

•Participate on various special projects and ad hoc requests.

What we are looking for?

•Designation CPA, CA, CPA, CMA or CFA (an asset);

•Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and/or reporting;

•Ability to work with short delay and good tolerance to change;

•Ability to work in a team, resourceful and rigorous;

•Strong communication & collaboration skills with various business partners;

•Experience in consolidation (an asset);

•Experience with Oracle / Hyperion (an asset);

•Strong knowledge surrounding MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint);

•English/French bilingual (spoken and written).
