The Hemlo property consists of Williams Operating Corporation, an underground and open pit mine, located approximately 350 kilometers east of Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate / present to the workforce and management the ventilation guidelines and plans
• Train / coach employees in specific areas of ventilation
• Develop presentations
• Set schedules and deadlines
• Follow up on outstanding issues
• Work cooperatively and share best practices with the underground environment at Williams Mine
  

Qualifications:

• Underground exposure in services, production and/or development
• Underground Common Core Module 1 & 2
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Computer skills required
• Capability to multi-task, self-manage, and self-motivate
• Demonstrated strong sense of leadership
